One of the most famous clichés out there is “Misery loves company.” And it’s cliché because everyone has an anecdote of how down people want to bring you down with them.
It’s so easy, too. The energy of being down is seductive for some reason.
Joy is the same. Or rather, joy is addictive.
But don’t worry. You have this amazing ability to choose which one you want to fall into. So, here’s your Motivation for this Monday:
You can’t argue with the parties. Joy definitely throws better parties, and they don’t even have to be big parties. Just a cup of tea and a book. A walk in the sunshine where you can see the bunnies (happens in Cheyenne a lot). A warm bath. A phone call with a good friend. Much better parties.
