Welcome to Recipe for Romance and yay, it’s Friday! That’s always a good thing.
In the Muir household this week, Muirlette #1 turned 16! OMG I can’t believe I’m old enough to be a parent of a sixteen year old. And Muirlette #2 will be having a birthday soon, too. Valentine’s Day is coming and I’ve sent out most of my V-day cards. Did you sign up to get one? They’re in the mail, but it’s not too late to write one to your loved ones.
This week’s recipe is a tasty trout or salmon recipe that is light and flavorful. This is a great romantic dinner recipe that won’t weigh you down when you want to get to the fun stuff after supper. 😉
So let’s get cooking!
This recipe turned out so good and we only had a couple of modifications on the ORIGINAL RECIPE, which can be found at the link. You can find the original recipe for the Baked Zucchini here.

This meal was made even better with Asian noodles, filling without being heavy. I hope you have a wonderful Valentine’s Day.
Happy making, happy baking, happy eating, and happy reading!
