Ever wanted to make bagels but needed them to be gluten-free? This is a GREAT recipe and it really works. Plus the bagels come out delicious rather than like tasteless cardboard. I do suggest you eat all the bagels within 3 days to keep their freshness, but you can freeze them if you choose.
